For the comfort of all our guests, we operate a No
Pets and No Smoking policy in the villa. Terms & Conditions BOOKING DEPOSIT - A booking deposit of £100 per week is required when booking. As soon as your deposit is received your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require the full amount to be paid. Bookings made within 4 weeks of departure will require full payment to be made in cleared funds either by certified cheque or cash or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Switch, 1.5% surcharge). SECURITY DEPOSIT - The villa is primarily a second home for our family. In order to offset the costs of maintaining the property we now rent it out throughout the year. All we ask is that you treat it with the care and respect that you would your own or a friends home. We therefore request a £150/$280/€220 security deposit to cover possible damage. This is fully refunded after the management company has successfully cleaned and checked the villa. We expect minor mishaps and breakages from time to time and would not consider such normal wear and tear to be deductible. We cannot be held responsible, or liable in respect of loss, damage or charges caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, airport closure or adverse weather conditions). CANCELLATION - We hope this will not be necessary for you to cancel, but should you have to do so, it is important that we are notified immediately, in writing. The following cancellation charges apply. Between 30 and 60 days prior to departure the cancellation charge is 50% of the total cost. Less than 30 days prior to departure the cancellation charge is 100%. The security deposit is not subject to cancellation charges and will be refunded in full. In many cases, you will be covered under your travel insurance policy. Failure of the party leader to make settlement on the due date may be deemed as voluntary cancellation, which may result in your holiday dates being assigned to an alternative party. The owner will make all necessary attempts to contact the party leader before such action is taken. ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE - Guests may normally take possession from 4pm on the day of arrival and are expected to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of return. This allows the housekeepers time for the maid service to make the property ready for the next guests. It is important to note that only the persons identified on the original booking request are permitted to use the property. The party leader agrees NOT to sub-let, share or assign the property to any persons not authorised by the owner. Pets are not permitted. LIABILITY - The owners and owner's agents do not accept liability for any injury howsoever caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the swimming pool. NEIGHBOURLY CONDUCT
- Whilst on holiday, you will be staying in a privately owned home on a private
residential estate. Please ensure that you act in a neighbourly and
courteous manner towards your neighbours, who will most likely NOT be on a
holiday. We do not wish to curtail your enjoyment in any way, but do
request that noise be kept to a minimum during early morning and late evenings,
